Terms and Conditions
The FunnyBooth team is extremely excited to be sharing in the fun of your upcoming event. Although we will strive to provide the finest images, video, and excellent service, we need your help to ensure that it’s possible to do so. Not all venues and event schedules are the same. To avoid any confusion or unplanned circumstances, please review and acknowledge the following:
Timing is Everything!:
FunnyBooth wants to provide you with images that capture fun moments from your event. All packages will begin and end at the scheduled and contracted times. If you are running behind schedule it could cause requested or desired images to be missed. On the day of the event additional time may be requested at $150 per hour. Additional time will not begin until payment has been received.
Live Event:
Events are a dynamic, unscripted, live scenario. Every effort will be made to produce beautiful Photos and/or Video however no specific moment during the event can be guaranteed to be captured. The Client acknowledges that they have reviewed samples from FunnyBooth’s portfolio and can expect a similar end product to be produced from their event.
FunnyBooth will NOT photograph a person if they do not wish to have their image captured - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Instant Sharing and Internet Connectivity:
FunnyBooth’s instant sharing capabilities are dependent on cellular network availability and speed. If sufficient connectivity is unavailable during the event, guest's share requests will be processed as soon as possible after the event.
Unlimited Print Packages:
With Unlimited Print Packages, Clients and guests can enjoy unlimited prints during the FunnyBooth scheduled and contracted event times only. Upon request additional prints can be purchased after the event for an additional cost.
Venue and Lighting Conditions:
Client is responsible to provide accurate addresses for all venues that will be utilized. If an address is not available, detailed maps and directions are required. Client is to be aware of the conditions and surroundings of the desired venue, and will discuss conditions with FunnyBooth prior to event date. While special camera settings and lighting equipment can assist with creating great images, please consider the setup location for FunnyBooth carefully. If the lighting is too dark, images may become grainy or have a “flashed” look. Also be aware if the booth is facing the direction of the sun, sun flares or shadows can occur in the images.
***Backdrops are not solid structures and should always be placed directly in front of a solid wall for the safety of all guests. FunnyBooth is released from any and all liability related to guest’s safety and the set up location chosen for the booth.***
Portfolio Use:
FunnyBooth would love to add our favorite images from your event to our portfolio. We would also love to share a few of our favorites on our social media accounts. By agreeing you give FunnyBooth permission to use images from your session in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials.
Photography- Editing and Delivery:
Edited photos will typically be posted within 24hrs of the event date. All images will be professionally post processed (edited). On request a Printing Rights Release/Copyright form is available to facilitate the printing of photographs.
Videography (add on) - Editing and Delivery:
Edited video will typically be completed within 1-2 weeks of the event date. For Video Services, clients are responsible and also required to review all video content in it’s entirely within 3 days of delivery. Correction of errors in rendering or other minor changes are accepted as long as the client provides full and complete detailed information regarding the necessary changes on the first re-edit. Additional re-edits may result in additional fees for both time and reproduction of final media. After the 3 day period, the original “unedited” video files may be purged (refer to Image and Video File Retention Policy) FunnyBooth will NOT provide video or photo service for any illegal or pornographic scenarios and activities.
Image and Video File Retention Policy:
High Quality Image and Video content requires an enormous amount of data storage, making it impossible to retain all client media indefinitely. As a result FunnyBooth does not guarantee retention or long term storage of your media. Once delivery of the media has been made to the client we may not be able to provide a backup copy in the event the client has a loss or theft of their media. Please ensure to take appropriate precautions to safeguard your data once it has been delivered to you. Having said this we understand that things can happen and in the event replacement copies are needed you can contact us to see if we can help. Additional fees will apply if we are able to accommodate the request.
Behavior Expectations:
We are committed to creating a fun and energetic atmosphere while participating in your event. In the unlikely circumstance that a confrontation should occur amongst guests, we expect hosts will calmly handle the situation. Should any guest become verbally or physically aggressive /abusive, such behavior will NOT be tolerated and is grounds for the FunnyBooth staff to vacate the premises with NO REFUNDS. In return, should any of our staff members treat you or any of your guests in a negative manner FunnyBooth’s management will instruct the staff member to vacate the premises. We believe that we have a common goal - Let’s make it an unforgettable and incredible event!
Payments:
Payments for services are extremely flexible and generous. We accept Cash, Cashier’s Check, PayPal Venmo or Charge Card. For charge cards and checks that negatively decline (causes an NSF fee) a $40 fee will be applied. FunnyBooth reserves the right to modify and update packages and prices at any time. A retainer of 50% of the total package will be required to lock in both the rate and event date. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. FunnyBooth shall reserve the date and times as agreed upon. In the event of cancelation of the contract for any reason, all monies paid shall be retained by FunnyBooth in order to offset its loss of business. Payments can be divided to help benefit clients, as long as balance is paid in full 7 days prior to the event date. In the unlikely circumstance FunnyBooth is unable to provide its services; a credit can be applied for a future event; or a full refund will be issued at FunnyBooth’s sole discretion. Should the client need to reschedule an event date, every effort will be made to accommodate a change but availability cannot be guaranteed. NO REFUNDS will be provided once services are rendered and FunnyBooth has completed the event and/or processed the images.
Right of Refusal of Service:
FunnyBooth reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, under circumstances that are deemed inappropriate or unjust.
Acknowledgement:
Clients have read through and accept the terms and conditions provided herein. The clients agree to move forward with the purchase and reservation of the FunnyBooth package and services.
